Hey Everyone!! Just a quick note while my pizza bakes.
Thats really good news Joe, It's hard to find expanding companies right now, I bet you been puttin in a lot of long hours on this one. I wish you all the luck in the world and hope there are very few Gremlins in the works. There were over one hundred volunteers for our layoff so fifty were selected and next week is their last week. It was such a successful program two people walked out and quit because they weren't selected, lol, go figure. Now everyone will probably get consistant forty hour weeks.
Such an ugly, foggy, rainy day out there, just perfect for a good movie and pizza.
White Buffalo Pizza
One pop-n-fresh can-o pizza dough
Three quarter cup ricotta cheese mixed with three quarter cup white cheesy alfredo sauce
One can-o chicken white meat chunks marinated in hot buffalo wing sauce
Eight ounces shredded mozzerella
Four ounces shredded cheddar
Slap it all together pizza style and bake at 425 degrees til the cheese browns.
As for the movie I am playing Dances With Wolves and Tombstone.

Forget that I've stumbled and blundered and sometimes fell by the way. Remember I have fought some hard battles and won, ere the close of the day. Then forget to grieve for my going. I would not have you sad for a day. But in summer just gather some flowers and remember the place where I lay, and come in the shade of the evening when the sun paints the sky in the west. Stand for a few moments beside me and remember only the best.
